All-new exterior and interior designs advance GMC professional grade aesthetic with elements designed to be beautiful and functional. The exteriors are sleeker and more aerodynamic, enhancing efficiency on the highway and contributing to the new Yukon quiet ride. Bold styling cues include highly detailed, chrome-accented grilles matched with GMC signature C-shaped light-emitting diode lighting motif, front and rear. Projector-beam headlamps are standard on Yukon and Yukon XL. The distinctive Denali models are instantly identifiable by their signature chrome grille and unique exterior appointments, including exclusive high-intensity discharge headlamps.
GMC introduced the all-new 2018 GMC Terrain and unveiled the next chapter of GMC design via a boldly styled and intelligently engineered successor to the brands popular compact SUV. The GMC Terrain offers greater refinement and versatility to adapt to customers unique needs, and its packed with more available advanced safety technologies than ever before. GMC offers customers the widest range of choices yet, with three all-new available turbocharged propulsion systems, including a new turbo-diesel. Two new efficiency-enhancing nine-speed automatic transmissions are matched with the gas engines - a first application for the GMC lineup.
Inside, a Jet Black interior features Mulan leather-appointed seats with perforated, heated-and-ventilated front seats - exclusive content in the Canyon lineup - along with unique instrument panel and console trim; and Denali-logo sill plates and floor mats. The Canyon Denali is offered on crew cab models and in two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive configurations. Powertrains include a standard 3.6L V-6 that tops competitors V-6 offerings with up to 7,000 pounds (3,175 kg) of maximum trailering and an Environmental Protection Agency-estimated 26 mpg highway on 2WD models.

Like all Denali models, the new Canyon Denali is distinguished with a unique chrome grille and unique wheels - 20-inch ultra-bright-machined aluminum wheels with painted accents. Exterior cues include chrome fog lamp bezels, five-inch-diameter rectangular chrome assist steps, a polished exhaust tip and a standard spray-in bed liner.
